Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Here’s our clear and fair cancellation policy:
Refund Policy
Full Refund
✅ Cancel 72 hours or more before the tour – 100% refund
Partial Refund
✅ Cancel between 48 to 72 hours before the tour – 50% refund
No Refund
❌ Cancel within 48 hours of the tour — no refund
❌ No refund for cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g. illness, missed flights, etc.)
Exceptions
If the tour is cancelled by Varanasi Guru due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure situations, you will receive a full refund.
If extreme weather makes it unsafe to conduct the tour, a full refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation time.
How to Cancel
To cancel your tour and request a refund:

- Include your booking reference number
- Include a clear request for cancellation
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment
